We also witness Sondra beginning her law degree, Elvin starting his practice and Denise taking a serious step toward becoming a teacher. Among the season's best moments are "Bird in the Hand," "Period of Adjustment," "It's All in the Game," "The Infantry has Landed," "You Can Go Home Again," "Clair's Liberation," "Return of the Clairettes," "Home Remedies," "Nightmare on Stigwood Avenue," "Cliff and Jake" (wonderful appearance by Red Buttons) and the two-parte season finale "Theo and the Kids."
