RJ9 Corded Phone Headset for Grandstream Yealink Snom Phones with Noise Cancelling Microphone

Ordered 4 of these in past year. The first in April came with the adapter to connect to PC speakers. The other 3 ordered together in November were different. 2 arrived together with phone jack adapters only. The 3rd one arrived separately and had the phone jack & the 3.5 mm adapter. We need the 3.5mm adapter to use them. Not sure why the same link had different pieces in each shipment.

Headset had very low volume from microphone. Everyone I talked to said they had a hard time hearing me. I had to shout to be heard. Also noticed the receive volume was poor quality. I paid extra to get a good quality headset. Don't waste your time with this unit. Construction was good and it looked nice. So sorry it turned out to be junk

Works great but are not the best fitting could be more adjustable.
