The packaging is nice, it comes with a micro fibre cloth to polish the tool with as well as a very soft lovely feeling carrying bag to store it in. I didn’t even realize it came with those extras, so was pleasantly surprised! The tool itself is a heavy duty zinc alloy (I thought it was maybe stainless steel at first), but it is perfectly smooth and has some heft in the hand. This thing is not going to flex, bend, break or wear out on you. It feels good in the hand and better than many dedicated thumb savers I've tried (which is only one of it's uses). It also has a well written instruction manual with a variety of technique suggestions and contraindications to massage in it if you're new to using something like this. All around I’m impressed. I’m not sure yet if I’m going to use it in a professional capacity, but it does feel like a pro level tool at a reasonable price (<$20 at the time). I’ve bought plastic thumb savers for almost that much!
