Genuine Dyson DC59 DC62 SV03 V6 Roller Brush Length 18.5 cm Ref 963830-01

Did not realize how worn the old brush was until I footed a new one. Now the carpet looks clean.

Model Number DC59. Ordered this for my neighbour who doesn't use the internet.When it arrived it was too short. We were both very surprised as clearly advertised for DC59. However, when I queried it I was told that the measurement was stated in the listing! Further investigation showed that there is ANOTHER DC59 with a Turbohead which is the correct length!Seller refused to pay return postage, although due to Covid restrictions I was unable to actually see the Dyson.I could not have known that there is another model with the same name, and I don't think it would be unreasonable for Spares2go to mention it in their listing. They are obviously aware of this, otherwise why are they expecting buyers to measure the brush?Wasted time and money, and it cost another £4.20 to return as it needed to have proof of postage, which I paid as it was not my neighbours fault.I then found another genuine Dyson brushbar on a different site £3.00 cheaper and it arrived in 48 hours!

The black carbon fibres on my four year old Dyson brush head had disappeared and I noticed it was struggling to pick up finer dust and particles. The repalcement head has made it better at picking up these smaller particles and dust. Over £20 seems a bit high for a piece of plastic with some fibres attached, but if it lasts another 4 years, I will be happy with that.

Genuine product, quite expensive for what it is but that’s the price of genuine parts I guess, make significant difference to performance. Would recommend A+

Used this product as a replacement in my Dyson vacuum cleaner, did the job excellently.
