If the temperature here gets colder over the next couple of months, which it will, this coat is loose enough to layer another vest or light coat underneath it. I like that since out west, where I live, we get wide swings in temperature throughout the day. It has a breast phone pocket which is handy and slash pockets on the left and right sides of the coat. All the zippers are easy to use and seem reliable.
