Adidas did not want to know and told us to contact desertcart. desertcart were completely useless and offered a £5 good will gesture which was pathetic considering the shoes were £91 to purchase. Another team member at the cricket club has the same shoes with exactly the same problem. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy these and would seriously question desertcart’s customer service standards.

Wore these shoes for only 4 games and they split around the toes. Adidas did not want to know and told us to contact Amazon. Amazon were completely useless and offered a £5 good will gesture which was pathetic considering the shoes were £91 to purchase. Another team member at the cricket club has the same shoes with exactly the same problem. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy these and would seriously question Amazon’s customer service standards.
