Adhere securely to the walls of the blind. Some panels arrived flattened, but I laid them out in the sun and was able to pull them into shape with no issues. Good value too. Review: Easy installation at a great price! - I'm a professional audiobook narrator and need some sound treatment for the ceiling in my home studio. I saw these and was impressed by the fact that they were self sticking. Working to install them on the ceiling was where the self sticking feature really shined. The panels went up quickly and easily, stayed in place and they look good too! The addition of these really made a difference in my studio. My ambient noise levels are now much lower. I could have spent three times as much on some overpriced panels but these did the trick and I love them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sound treatment. ## Features - Hassle-free Installation - Regarding the concern about double-sided tape, our sound proof foam panels for walls come with a self-adhesive layer, you don't need to buy extra spray adhesive and double-sided tape. Adhere securely to the walls of the blind. Some panels arrived flattened, but I laid them out in the sun and was able to pull them into shape with no issues. Good value too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy installation at a great price! *by M***N on September 21, 2022* I'm a professional audiobook narrator and need some sound treatment for the ceiling in my home studio. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The acoustical properties are great! *by M***S on January 18, 2024* These are a bit on the cashy side. Also, it is extremely difficult to install. What I mean is keeping the rows lined up between tiles can be difficult to impossible. Not all of the tiles are the exact same size. The acoustical properties are awesome! I used these in my air compress/dust collection closet and the difference is amazing. I can now barely hear the air compressor now. Definitely cannot hear the dust collection system anymore. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/689156649-48-pack-sound-proof-foam-panels-for-walls-with-self](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/689156649-48-pack-sound-proof-foam-panels-for-walls-with-self) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
