Really helps you sleep
This product really works. I like it because after you use the spray it gradually makes you feel sleepy and before you know it you are asleep. I still wake up through the night but I am able to go right back to sleep. When it’s time to get up in the morning I don’t feel groggy like you do if you take a sleeping pill

Meh, didn't work for me
I am sure this may work for may people but i have tried this a few times and I am still wide awake in bed!

Works better than drugs
I was skeptical at first; but this worked as advertised and more. Took 2 drops before bed and was out cold soon after. Only problem for me is it was hard to wake up fully.

You will finally sleep!
As a middle-aged woman dealing with the well-known sleep side effects of menopause, I was very happy to finally find a product that I felt comfortable using to get me to sleep naturally. The most distinct features of this spray are that it works more quickly than the melatonin pills, and yet, works as well as a time-release melatonin pill helping me to get to sleep in a relaxed manner, but also keeping me asleep. Waking up feels natural and I feel rested in a way I haven't felt in years!
