I had plenty of motivation to push through my workout without feeling overly stimulated or dealing with a crash afterward. One thing worth mentioning is that the first couple of times I used it, I got the familiar tingling and itchy feeling on my face from the beta-alanine. Since I was new to pre-workouts, it caught me off guard at first, but after a little research I realized it was a normal side effect for many people. After the first few workouts, I barely noticed it anymore. It also mixes well, tastes good, and doesn’t leave a gritty residue in the shaker bottle.
