The fan is a puller so depending on your mounting location you may want to change it to a pusher. I had to on mine because it was blasting warm air at the back of my head, but it’s well worth it for the added security! It is pretty large. Make sure you have adequate room to mount it! I had it professionally installed under the rear passenger seat floorboard - outside. I have had overheating issues with my trans for years and this solved it! Worth it's weight in GOLD! Make sure you install a manual on/off switch. The thermostat does not come on soon enough for me. It is set to come on at 180 degrees. But by then, the trans temp is starting to run away on me. Put the manual switch in and turn it on when I know I am going to be doing a climb, and the temp gauge barely moves. I also have a heavy duty cooler on the grill as well, but it just wasn't enough.
