I bought this chair based on the positive reviews, and I am glad I took the leap of faith. I was ready to spend $500+ on a chair that would give me the comfort I need for my work from home job, but I am glad I did not have to break the bank to find the comfort I was looking for.The chair is heavy and well built. It does not feel cheap at all. The seat is spacious and comfortable. The arms are adjustable up and down, and side to side, and they rotate as well. The seat can be moved backwards and forwards. The chair is very customizable.The assembly I was quite easy, and I was able to put it together on my own, but as the instructions say, it would help to have another person assist since the chair is quite heavy.I am very happy with the chair! Thank you for creating a quality chair at an affordable price!

Initial review (may update later on durability etc.): I love this chair! Very easy to assemble, the instructions are foolproof. Build quality seems decent. The seat is soft and comfortable, seat depth and height, arm rest positions etc. are all adjustable. I picked this one because it seemed like it would fit my petite frame well (5'2"), and it does! If you are on the short side, highly recommend. If you have a larger body frame, perhaps look elsewhere.

Many complains about the headrest being lack of adjustments or support. I found out today there is actually this hidden feature not found in the marketing nor user manual. You can swivel the headrest forward by a lot to gain support for your neck. But this mechanism is super stiff. There is a risk of something breaking if you don't loosen it first. It's important that you do the break-in before assembling.Updates:Arm pads release strong odor (only the pads). So bad that I had to put them in the garage.Reclining mechanism is good but not great. Not enough tension force and locking positions.Seat cushion is medium firm. Convex shaped seat is not great for stability and weight distribution.Lumbar support is acceptable but not great.Base is sturdy and heavy. It feels solid.
