**Q: Do I rinse after 30+ minutes of waiting or do I just go straight to eating and drinking?**
A: I use as any mouthwash.  Use the Optic White to rinse mouth for 1 minute.  Your teeth will be noticeably whiter.  I use as mouthwash after eating so waiting 30+ minutes before drinking or eating is not an issue.

**Q: Does this mouthwash kill bacteria?**
A: Hi Timothy, This particular product kills bad breath germs, but is not an antibacterial formula.
