It took me a little while to get it, so I used many many other brands before then, but this stuff is THE BOMB. I only use this now. Clears up any rash in between 2 diaper changes, and if I put this on preventatively (after a bath, say), I NEVER see a rash. It also smells good. Every once in a while, my 5-year-old, who was that first child, says his bum itches or something and he asks me to put this cream on him. He says it works instantly.
