No! The Dyson V8 motorized head attachments do not fit the V7 . You can get an adaptor for the "non motorized" attachments if that helps?? **Q: Does this attachment work on hard wood floors?** A: Yes it does. I have 4000 sqft ft of hardwood flooring and works great.
