A brilliant touch. The torch has 3-4 modes at the press of the button. Bright, low, blink, fast blink. The best part could be the option of interchangeable batteries. You either use the supplied 18650 battery or use the supplied 3 AAA battery holder, set in 3 AAA batteries(unsupplied). Just in case you can't use one you have the option if using the other. The torch does get warm with continous use and charge will get low with prolonged time. I didn't check how much but this torch should suffice for the usual jobs that most of us would use it for. There is a supplied wall plug charger which has a led light that blinks red when the battery is charging & turns from red to stationary green on charge completion. Careful with the continous use of the button as it could get stuck. This is the only negative. A brilliant product in my opinion. Easily, the best torch I have ever used. Update in April 2024: I'm still using this same torch. The only negative of this high quality torch is the inner button mechanism. I opened it and you can get the internal button mechanism from a store at lamington road and fix it yourself like I did. Wall charger and single 18650 battery obviously would need replacement with use.
