The heat from the waistbelt is proven by my stomach that burns if i lay out in the sun immediately so i'm guessing a lot thermogenicly is going on. This is from my guy's first use. WE DO IT DAILY and 3 weeks later it's pulling out some heavy metals. We brush it with an old toothbrush, the array and letsoak in white vinegar for 5 minutes and then to dry...and then after 20 uses iput vitamin C powder in water for 30 minute soak and it came totally clean as new. wahoo!
