It seems to provide noticeable skin improvement but this is going to have to be assessed per individual. Negative: unfortunately not the most comfortable fit and will cause areas around the nose and eyes to hurt but using while laying down and not using the Velcro too tightly can help. Battery life is enough for 3 to 4 10min sessions so need to be recharged regularly.
