I bought two of these dresses this one and the white one. The white one is not white but an ugly beige color. I ordered a small in both dresses and they are really big and extremely long. I am returning but when I went to print my return label I received this message "Since the return process is troublesome, we do not recommend you to send it back. For different problems, we can provide more convenient solutions". 1. For the size problemIf the size is not fit, we can resend one for free. And you do not need to send the package back. We suggest you take some pictures for us so that we can send the correct size.2. For the product problemWe can compensate you directly, and you do not need to send the package back.We will really appreciate it if you could take some photos of the products for us so that we can improve the products quality.However there is no contact info and when I try the sellers assistance portal it keeps referring me back to Amazon customer support.

It definitely doesn't look like the picture. But good quality 👍🏻
