Review: Works well with Hiby R8ii in a Kenworth T680 - I'm a truck driver who loves my music. Always travel with headphones and my digital audio player. The problem is higher end DAPs are big and heavy. My current DAP is 1.1 lbs (500 grams) so a run of the mill magnetic phone mount is out of the question. Enter the Mobnetic Claw. It securely clamps to the over hang on the dash and the 90lb pull force magnets (one on the claw and a second adhesive one on the back of the DAP case) and this thing isn't going anywhere. It remains rock solid over some of the worst interstates ( looking at you I-70 in Indiana) Admittedly it is too heavy so the ball mount is always in the down position, but you can see from the photo it's easily readable and accessible. If it's secure with over 1 pound on it your average phone should be no problem. I would highly recommend this to any driver, car or truck.
