It has wonderful ingredients. I started using it from the birth of my first son. At first, I was just using it for babies clothes but then decided to use it for the whole family. My clothes used to be itchy and cause rashes, but after making the switch to this no more itch and rashes. It does a really great job at getting out stains from babies clothes and breast milk residue. I've always used it running the machine on cold and never have had a problem. Tons of compliments on how wonderful it smells too. I get asked what laundry soap we use all the time.
