It has a slot in the bottom of the meter for a test strip. I have not used it because I previously had a one touch system. **Q: is it sort of water resistant or at least better than not having one on if it mistakenly gets wet?** A: I love mine as it gives me grip in my arthritic hands. I also purchased a screen protector for the glass. I’ve dropped my reader a few times but never by any water. I suppose this doesn’t really answer your question about it. It really fits my Libre 2 snuggly. **Q: Will this work with the libre 14 day reader?** A: Good question, I would also like the answer... I think it does, and was about to order when i noticed one of the pictures has a test strip inserted in it. Lol **Q: How well does this stay on the libra 2 14 day monitor?** A: I have only had it a few weeks now, and I have not had any issues with it. It stays on great. I've had it in/out of a pocket in my purse, and still nice and tight.
