Review: Great Quality and Easy to Take - desertcart Elements Super Omega 3 is a really good supplement. The softgels are easy to swallow and they do not have a strong fish taste, which is something I was worried about. The bottle is simple to open, and the label explains everything clearly, so I always know what I am taking. I like that it feels like a high-quality product, and the ingredients seem very clean. I also feel better knowing I am getting omega-3 every day because it supports my health. This is a supplement I would buy again because it is dependable and does exactly what it says.
Review: No bad taste, clumping is not a problem - No fish taste, which when I'm popping two pills the size of my index finger full of fish oil... it's quite impressive. No burps or other residual odors that I've noticed either which speaks to the removal of impurities. Pills themselves are rather large, but the gelcap material is soft and pliant making them easy to swallow. Some of the pills were stuck together. This can happen with soft gel caps. Keep them on an air conditioned shelf and no problems but the moment you toss them in a postal truck all bets are off. Easy fix though... Chuck the whole bottle in the fridge for a few hours (overnight is pretty easy) then give it a shake. Rap it on a counter of your shake is too weak, but the pills will just break apart at that point. No fuss, no muss. Can't speak to efficacy yet, but we'll see what the doc says next time I get a blood test!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this product 3 party tested?**
A: I hope Amazon can answer this one. So far their transparency and quality assurance they have nothing available that proves their claims other than their name. Honestly, I just got these will use them for 2 months and if Amazon can’t show actual proof beyond ‘because I said so” I will cancel my subscription and order a more reputable source.

**Q: Which form is it in? Natural triglyceride, ethyl ester, or reesterified triglyceride?**
A: I don’t believe it states that on the bottle.

**Q: How can this product be considered “vegetarian” as advertised above, if it is made from fish products?**
A: It is obviously NOT vegetarian. Neither fish oil nor gelatin is vegetarian.

**Q: Is the fish oil in these pill free from lead?**
A: The vital indicates that the oil is created from anchovies and sardines. Smaller fishes such as these have lower metal levels

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product at excellent prices yet again!
*by B***. on July 18, 2026*

Great supplement, has higher nutritional content than name brand competitors but you must take 2. Even with taking 2 the price is cheaper than name brand ones. No discernable taste, swallows easy. Stick together in bottle but a little shake and they all come apart.. Amazon does it again, great product at excellent prices.
