Please contact us directly for further assistance. **Q: How are you supposed to hang this on an angled wall without creating a custom bracket, as only one set of screws will bite into the stud?** A: You actually cannot if the ceiling is sloping down as the hyped up "tilt" of the mount itself will make the TV face more toward the ground than at an upright viewable angle. You will have to either use blocks to level the back half of the mount or use some heavy duty hanging wire/bolts/etc... to suspend the back half to make it level with the front. This is a very important piece of information the sellers seem to go to great lengths to obfuscate by touting the mounts ability to tilt.
