**Q: is it big enough for palmentto bugs to easily enter  ?**
A: Palmetto bugs are usually about 1.5 inches (38mm) long. HOY HOY has a wide and large openings which makes easy entry from all sides.

**Q: Video Hoyhoy How it work**
A: While I can't provide a video. I will say this trap works very well. The bait in the center of the trap attracts the roaches, and they get stuck on the glue around the bait and can't free themselves. When you think you've caught enough and the trap is full. Just throw it out and replace it with a new one. The idea is to break the birth cycle by trapping the adults.

**Q: What is the expiration date for unused box?**
A: The product can be used safely for at least 3 years after manufacture. Unused and unopened products can be used even after 4 to 5 years under normal storage conditions. Hope this helps!

**Q: My dog ate the bait is it poison?**
A: HOY HOY does not use any poison or chemicals so it guarantees non-toxic pest control. We recommend seeing the vet if needed for further assistance.
