The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette — the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors.I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable.At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well.
