**Q: I have allot of trouble putting them out! newbie! please help i need all suggestions. i’m sure i’m making it correctly?? this is my 2nd order. hi**
A: Get a doob tube & whenever you want to put it out put it in there and close the lid. Lack of oxygen will put it out almost instantly. This way you don't smother the top when trying to put it out.

**Q: I ordered two of the 50 pack cones , one container was broken and cones were damaged.  How do I get one replacement?**

**Q: Why won’t these ship to Illinois?**
A: My research on this item once before revealed that every state has it's own set of laws about certain items. Try a look up on Google with your question and it should give you a definite answer. Good luck.
