Perfect Even Color Light and Intensity (Warm White)
These LED replacement lamps for my Pioneer TX-8100 Tuner were exactly the right length and diameter to fit the lamp clips without any distortion or modification. The light they cast (I purchased "warm white") mimics the original incandescent glow perfectly.I oriented the LEDs to point straight down in the holders so that the light would "spill" into the housing behind the dial in order to avoid any bright spots that might be created if the individual LEDs faced forward, and the picture shows the absolutely perfectly evenly illuminated result.If you are restoring an old Pioneer Receiver or Tuner that uses this configuration of bulbs that look like old time automotive fuses, I can't imagine you'd want any other ones than these. If you read the fine print on other offers you will see that some are just a few millimeters longer. Since the holders for these have tiny tabs at the ends to keep the bulb centered, those longer ones will distort the holders. These are perfect!

Great Replacement
My Pioneer receiver that I bought in 1970, had some lights on the display that were burned out. When I pulled the top cover off, I saw something that looked like several glass fuses. When I turned the power on, I saw it was the display lights. I was surprised when I still saw that you can get these lights for an old receiver like mine and in LED. They work great and my old receiver looks like new.

Just What My Pioneer Receiver Needed
These lights worked perfectly in my Pioneer SX 535 Receiver. As was suggested by another reviewer, I faced the lights downward so as not to have hot spots on the dial. All looks good now.

Great upgrade
These put out the right amount of light and color temperature that I needed. They made my old stereo look as close to new as possible. I am very happy with these bulbs. They were also packed very well to prevent damage during shipping.

Realistic receiver bulbs
Replaced the burnt out bulbs in my Realistic receiver with these. Perfect fit and much brighter now
