I'm not sure if it's easier to do a rolled hem without... but when I figured it out it sewed a nice hem. Easy to attach. Sturdi. I'm not sure if it's designed well. It might need to be adjusted. It will work with a skilled sewer. I would buy again.

I like them but they are hard to use. It takes some effort to figure it out. I'm not sure if it's easier to do a rolled hem without... but when I figured it out it sewed a nice hem. Easy to attach. I do a lot of rolled hems and thought this would make my life easier. It did not. I spent hours swearing and shredding my poor fabric. It just ate it up and it was hard to keep it rolled while sewing and getting it actually started was impossible. I destroyed so much fabric trying to do this. Youre better off doing it by hand. I was using very lightweight material. Its probably better suited for quilting cotton and thats it.
