**Q: Does it work on Canadian Thistle?**
A: Have never tried it on Canadian Thistle, but have never had it fail on anything I’ve used it on.  I always dab it on fresh cut stems/branches of bushes, brush or plants that I’m trying to eliminate.

**Q: Will it kill a living tree by spraying in a cut of the bark?**
A: Best to cut down tree and painting the fresh cut with tordon.

**Q: Can you use this on the off shoots without killing the main bush?**
A: NO your bush will die.   The best option for that is regular trimming

**Q: is this illegal to be sold in some states?**
A: Yes
