Much to my disappointment, I discovered this was corn meal, not grits, when ready to make. This was totally my fault ordering off of my phone and not the seller or description. I took this as divine intervention to make cornbread. After some digging around, I settled on jalapeño and cheddar cornbread.The quality of this stone ground cornmeal is excellent. It made the perfect (IMO) texture of cornbread. Put a little hot sauce on it and I was in heaven.
