The wipes already come moistened so they are ready to use for your convenience. **Q: Are the wipes truly unscented? Are these ok for sensitive skin that would not cause stinging?** A: I didn’t notice a scent but I can’t speak on their use (or lack there of) when it comes to fragrance as I gave my wipes to a toddler to play with. For that, I would suggest you check the ingredient list on your package as companies can, do, and will change formulations. I do have sensitive skin and it didn’t cause any stinging for me. It’s the only wipe I’ve used that did cause redness.
