This vacuum-insulated bottle has been in service for nearly 2 years and continues to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. The generous capacity allows carrying of enough hot coffee or tea for an entire night's worth of work. The insulation works very well at keeping those beverages piping hot the whole time.The metal shell on the insulation cup has an unfortunate tendency to delaminate from the underlying resin. The cup itself can be used as a cup in a pinch, but can introduce an off taste; bring your own mug.Other than that, the bottle is very well built and can withstand the occasional drop or impact. The carrying handle is a definite plus.Overall, this is a very good product that I hope to be able to use for years to come.

After having my original Rock for about 5 years and telling everyone how great it was and everyone asking me to get them one too, I decided to do just that. I bought one for my daughter and my man, and another one for me even though my original still worked just fine....just wanted a new one I guess. I love how it holds temperatures (hot or cold) for 24 hours. I can't tell you how many times I would go back a day later and my beverage would still be warm. This is a GREAT Thermos. It is a little bulky and a little heavy, but small problems when it keeps my tea piping hot for a long day at the office.

This Thermos, is THE BEST, Thermos and most reliable, that I ever had, EVER!!! :-)I am handicapped (stroke) and wheelchair bound, all day long. My wonderful husband makes me coffee, every morning and pours the hot coffee into the Thermos, for me, to drink, all day, so I can pour, some coffee, into my own coffee cup, whenever I want to..........my coffee, in the Thermos, NEVER, gets cold......it ALWAYS remains piping HOT all day long!!! :-)Thank you, SOO MUCH, for shipping, my Thermos, to me, SO fast!!!! :-)AG

This is the best thermos I've ever owned. As recommended, I warm it every time before I pour my freshly brewed coffee into it and ten hours later I can still enjoy a hot cup of coffee. If I don't finish my coffee one day, it is still hot enough to drink the following day when I empty it out to refill it. I once even put it into the fridge over night--as I had a good bit left over--and when I opened the thermos the following morning it was still warm! Sorry I can't write about its performance with cold drinks--I just love my coffee.The design is great; it just feels good in your hand. It is also pretty sturdy. I've dropped it a couple of times and it has a couple of dents in it but, as there is no glass in this thermos, it is still going strong... The only tiny negative perhaps is that the stainless steel cap has separated from the insulation between it and the plastic on the inside (it is difficult to explain). I just slide it back on when it slides off.

Gave this Thermos as a gift and the person liked everything about it including the handle and the insulated drinking cup. This Thermos will keep drinks hot and cold for 24 hours, which is a real plus. You can also pour your beverage without removing the cap. Look on the Thermos website for all the features as none are included.

After my pooch tore up the cap of my work series thermos (and no replacement parts to be found!), I bought this product with some confidence that it would service me well.Pros:I gave the insulating test last night: It was -18F in Iowa so I boiled water (210F) and stuck it outside for 12 hours. This morning the water temp was 135F, almost hot to the lips. It would have been perfect to add a little half and half and drink my brew. This is a very acceptable result with a 228F delta temp it had to deal with.The cup is much better than the work series cup having about 150ml more volume. It has fewer threads to get dried coffee gunk stuck in and generally easier to clean.Overall, it's a sturdy handsome design.Cons:Wash water seeps into the joints between the molded plastic handle and wrap. When you pour, water leaks out and will get on whatever surface you're pouring above. Very irritating. I think I'll have to take a bead of clear silicon and go around all the edges to seal it up. Otherwise, I'll be continually fighting this little problem.A minor one. Glue that attaches to the label is difficult to remove. It mars the brushed nickle finish.I'm basically satisfied with the product. I'd recommended it as long as the buyer is aware of the water seepage problemGaryWaterloo, Iowa

This is my 2nd one because I lost the lid from my old one. I keep cold drinks inside. Just fill it with ice water for about 15-20 minutes before you add whatever your drink of choice is, and you'll keep a cold drink cold for well over 24 hours.

Great thermos for my day at my farm. I have a similar model by S...... and thought I would give this a try. It does keep the coffee hotter longer. Seems durable too! No negatives on this one.

It is the best for keeping your hot beverage hot all day. What I didn't like is that it was manufactured crooked. I bought one years ago at Walmart and it was perfect. I bought this for the first time online and it is not perfect but still the best for keeping things hot all day.

I like Thermos

This is the second unit to fail, both within 12 months of being new. The flask just looses its vacuum, and you can actually feel the heat on the outside of the flask as soon as you fill it up. The flasks were kept on a kitchen bench and simply used to store hot water, so not exposed to harsh environments in any way.
