They are the Only company that carries the UV tint. Many Vendors carry the older style that is Non UV. **Q: Are the clear or the dark UV tinted?** A: If you are getting them from the company protective pet solutions then they are all uv tinted. They carry both the clear and the dark tints. Some vendors on here carry old styles that they clear is Not UV tinted. That company is the main US supplier and is on the manufacturers website. This product was a life saver to my dog! **Q: Need large size with long snout (German shepherd...90 lbs). Can't find the size. Do you have it?** A: A German shepherd really isn't considered a long snout breed in the optivizor. It is a regular snout. The long snout ones are like greyhounds, whippets, etc. The long snout headrest is more narrow to fit those kind of dogs, it isn't really the length of the vizor part. Our 85 pound german shepherd fit great in the large regular snout size. **Q: My blind 17 pound dog is still severely rubbing both ulcerated eyes by lying flat on the ground with the optivisor- what can we do** A: The only product that I found helpful was Rex Specs. The Optivisor was too heavy and unwieldy. The Doggles, you might as well have bought a set of 2$ children’s goggles…That having been said, it will also depend on your dogs face shape. My dog was a 40 pound Collie style dog. If your dog has a pug face shape I can’t imagine any of the products fitting well. The face shield is so adjustable an EASY to use.I loved it Zona didn't seem to mind it like the Cone shield I've used before. Watch the top head support piece I padded it a bit for her, because of where it rested above her injured eye.
