Worthless
No matter how meticulously you follow the instructions, the seeds won't germinate at all. Package says it is good until summer 2025, but here I'm in fall if 2024 and it's not germinated a single seed.

Buy grass seed instead.
Well i did everything it said to do and i have no grass. I have a higher water bill but no grass. Less than thrilled with this so I'm sorry i cant give you a great review.

Pleasantly Surprised
After reading some of the reviews we were hesitant to try this but glad we did. As you can see by the picture, it’s coming up nicely after keeping it watered every day that it doesn’t rain. Our neighbors even commented on how well it was doing. Thank You

really bad product
never sprouted even after several weeks of daily watering. too late to return second roll also very expensive for the small area that it covered

Not easy to use
Product does grow grass as advertised. BUT is difficult to use. It is like trying to handle wet newspaper even when dry, tears easily and when installed the stakes do little to hold it down. Had to resort to pieces of conduit and similar items to keep it from blowing away. That did work to hold it down.
