    Missing parts and incorrect factory assembly

I am totally disappointed in this product. Not only is the manufacturer not helpful with customer service or tech help, they shipped this item missing major parts,(the complete UV system), hardware needed to install, and the factory put the pieces together incorrectly. I had hired a knowledgeable plumber to install the 6 stage RO system. It took three visits to finally get it installed , which ended up costing $500 in parts and labor. This system was supposed to arrive complete with all necessary parts and hardware. It did not. I don't even know if the quality of water will be as promised. I would not recommend this product made by Applied Membranes, Inc.
