When these are used up, I expect to purchase another pair ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ carhartt 'wide' is like a 4E. redwing 'wide' is like a 1E. *by A***R on May 4, 2025* carhartt makes a decently wide boot. wish the the toe area matched up better with the width of the knuckle to prevent hammer toes. an example: red wing's widest boot is ~3.5" at the knuckle. carhartt wide: knuckle width is ~4.5" a few years back I tried redwings widest soft-toe boots available and I could barely walk, even after a week of wearing and trying to break them in. Then I found the carhartt's and it's been good... usually get 2-2.5yrs out of a pair of boots until the leather blows out by the pinky toe.
