I have sensitive teeth and mouth pain. She said this paste is good for strengthening the enamel and preventing bacterial disease. However, I thought a remineralizing paste would be a good addition to my routine and chose this one. Only a small amount is needed, it has a great minty taste, foams up nicely, doesn't cause sensitivity or dry my mouth further, and my mouth feels clean after using it. I still use Biotene but now use this one before bed (to give the remineralization maximum time to work), and find that I wake up with my mouth still feeling clean.
