A: It can be use by person aware of basic electronics. This module works on 5V DC.

**Q: i have purchase one but there is no connection details vcc gnd and o/p**

Simply google "hc-sr501 pir motion sensor connection" and go on image search. 
We would have shared the datasheet with you but unable to attach any document while replying.

**Q: Can i get 12 volt output, if input is 12 volt?**
A: Yes you can. Be sure to use the regulated supply through 3 terminal regulator like 7812 or LM 317. Power supply should be ripple / noise free for this module to get maximum performance.
