If you have the money and no more bills to pay, you can’t go wrong with this drone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant little drone that makes getting great shots incredibly easy *by G***Y on 9 August 2026* I bought the DJI Neo as a smaller, quicker alternative to my larger drone and I’ve been extremely impressed with it. The biggest advantage is convenience. It’s tiny, weighs next to nothing and is easy to throw in a bag when going out for a walk. There’s very little setup involved, so when I see an opportunity for a shot I can have it flying very quickly. The automatic flight modes and subject tracking are excellent. I mainly use mine for filming outdoor walks, and being able to launch it and have it automatically follow and film without needing someone controlling the drone makes it incredibly useful. I’ve also been impressed with the video quality considering just how small the Neo is. A larger camera drone will obviously give you more control and better results in certain situations, but that’s not really the point of the Neo. This is the drone I can take virtually anywhere without feeling like I’m carrying a load of equipment. It’s also remarkably easy to fly, making it a great option for someone buying their first drone, while still being genuinely useful if you already own a larger one. Wind is something to be aware of because it’s such a lightweight drone, but used within its limits it’s fantastic. For me, the combination of portability, tracking, ease of use and good-quality footage makes the Neo an easy 5 stars.
