They arrived appearing half dead and I was short 1 plant. I took photos and contacted the company. They quickly resolved the issue of the missing plant and sent 2 extra due to smashed plants as well, which I haven't received yet. They told me my plants look healthy and that the leaves fall off. Well as you can see above they are pretty much all dead. I followed instructions from the company. I've only had them 1 wk, my event hasn't even happened yet and my plants are dead. I'm not trying to get free plants from the company just frustrated I was told they weren't dead and to expect brown and falling off leaves. To me that's dead plants. I don't feel it was negligence of care on my part, I followed company recommendations for care for the short while I had them. Maybe shipping had something to do w them dying. I don't know, all I know is I'm upset I have dead plants to display at my event. ### โญ Not a VARIETY of air plants, all the same *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2020* I ordered a VARIETY pack of 50 air plants, and I get them, and they are all the same plant, what am I supposed to do with 50 of the same plant?! I called the number on the box and they saidโ€ it says in the description that product and species may be limited due to COVID-19โ€ and if I wanted to return them I can but they said that thatโ€™s the only โ€œspeciesโ€ they have.... ### โญโญ NOT an assortment....or at least don't count on it. *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2017* The plants look reasonably healthy but this was NOT an assortment. I got 25 identical plants. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - ๐Ÿ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** โ€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - ๐ŸŒ **Shop Globally** โ€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - ๐Ÿ’ฐ **No Hidden Fees** โ€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - ๐Ÿ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** โ€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - ๐Ÿ”’ **Secure Payments** โ€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - โญ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** โ€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/77074779-air-plant-bundles](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/77074779-air-plant-bundles) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
