Yoga Nidra

There should be a CD included with the audio relaxation sessions, and this version does not include that CD. Without the CD, the book is more about the what and the why of Yoga Nidra rather experiencing the practice of it. It really needs the full package.

I bought this book as it was key to Yoga Nidra Training as a must to read, I thoroughly recommend it!

The book & CD are very good. Unfortunately on the first play of cd it jumped. After playing it 4 times it pauses/ jumps & makes it hard to listen too. Can a replacement cd be sent?

Brilliant. Simple yet extremely profound. Yoga nidra, contrary to some opinions, is not a nap! Its deep self enquiry as well as deeply relaxing for the body and mind. Yoga at its best

The content looks good but very disappointed with the condition for a new book. Returned 😑
