I tried to contact to customer service, they told me to fix the software and it is clearly the hardware problem. I don’t know how will they solve this problem.

I bought 3 of these cameras 3 months ago in the believe that it’s a good product, but after 3 months one of these battery has died and couldn’t charge with any of the adapter and cables, solar neither.
