Easy to use but not highly effective
These will get the job done, but it will be messy and possibly painful. I tried them on my 3 year old daughter and felt terrible because the device popped the earring through her ear but did not actually clasp the back pin to the earring to secure it. I then had to figure out how to detach the device from the earring (because it was still attached to it after the piercing) without hurting her, and similarly remove the back pin from the other end of the device to then place it on the earring myself. It was awful. If you're an adult using it on an adult, i suppose this would be okay (not ideal but ok). For kids, not so much.

Like a little stapler
I bought this because of the great reviews, and they did not lie. I was a little nervous about how much pressure to apply, but if you use it like a small stapler, just press firmly and fast, it works great with little to no pain. I just ordered 4 more.

I have bought these twice. I have really sensitive ears and I buy these to wear. Inexpensive and easy to use

Worst piercing guns ever. Both completely fell apart midway through the piercing. Had to push the earring the rest of the way through! Worst purchase!

Worked super well
I used these to pierce my double piercing. I didn't get any infections or have any problems. Just remember when you are actually piercing your ears to push all the way
