A: All of our teas originate from the Assam region of India

**Q: Does this have good "malty" flavor ?**
A: The best you can find in the states. Malty is the characteristic of Assam tea

**Q: Is this instant tea ?**
A: Thank you for your interest with Tea India 2lb Assam Black Tea. This is loose tea and not instant tea. If you are looking for instant tea, then please check for our other line - Tea India Chai Moments (different flavors such as Masala, Ginger Turmeric, Cinnamon, Milky etc).

**Q: Why is this priced so much higher than the company's own website, where they are $8.99 a bag?**
A: I noticed the same thing. But why should the added cost, (as one person commented) be passed on to the consumer. Also note that the price in the website is currently $13. 64. Just increased from $9.99 last month.

A very delicious clean, brisk, black loose leaf tea. Very strong due to the cut-tear-curl processing so I cut back to about 60% of the leaf I usually measure out. Makes a perfect and classic iced tea.
