This is absolutely waterproof.Hence not to be used with fountain pens, will clog. Suggested use is for drawing. I will recommend this product.

A: No. This ink dries up after sometime. Thus is only suitable for dip pens, which should be cleaned with water after use. Using this ink in fountain pens will clog the pen and ruin it.
