3週間以上使ってみての感想です 必要かと言われれば、鍋と熱源さえあれば不要かなとも言えますが、使ってみてQOLが確実に良くなりました。 この調理機を使用すれば、お弁当や食事の用意をする際にガスコンロをひとつ塞がないので作業効率アップ。 寝る前に予熱を考慮して推奨時間より短く設定しておけば、朝起きた時には丁度よい塩梅のゆで卵が出来上がっています。 1個からでも火加減を気にせず安定した硬さのゆで卵がつくれるのでこれを使って毎日食べています。 火元を心配することなく放置して調理できる点はかなり便利だと思いました。 ゆで卵以外にも、ウィンナー、一つまでしか出来ませんが市販の肉まんなどを蒸して加熱でき、電子レンジで加熱したものより明らかに柔らかい仕上がりになるため、一度それを味わってしまうと少し時間を書けてもこの調理機を使ってっ加熱したくなるほどです。 とくに肉まんは餡を包んでいる皮がものすごくもちもちした仕上がりになるのでやみつきになりました。 加熱時間と水の量は慣れてくれば理解できると思いますが、説明書の分量より基本的に多めで構わないと思います。 気になるポイント 本体以外のパーツは洗浄もしやすいのですが、加熱プレートが一体になっているので拭いて掃除するしか無いところが少し使いにくいと感じます。 水の量が少なくしてしまったときに、空焚きになりプレート表面にカルキのようなものが残り取り除きにくかったです。 たまごサラダなどゆで卵を一度に沢山つくることが多い方には確実にマッチするアイテムだと思います。
