Review: Easy Setup, Dependable Tracking, And Pretty Good Beeper Locator Speakers! - I've had this Air Tracker Tags (4 Pack) for a few days and I'm really impressed by their performance. Setting them up in iOS is *ridiculously* easy. It took me less than 5 minutes to set up all 4 tags and share them with my husband. If you've never used them before, it's easy to open the "Find My" app on your iPhone, and see right where the tags are located. If you're close and still having an issue finding them, you can make them beep as well. The speaker on these tags is actually pretty good. As a test, I was able to hear the beep from across the room underneath a couch cushion. This 4 pack comes with a couple of silicone tag holders with keyrings, lanyards, and included tag opener tools for getting to the replaceable C2032 batteries. I love that the tags already had batteries installed, so they were literally ready to go as soon as I hit the button on the tag to wake them up! Overall, I'm very satisfied with these tags. They're useful for just about anything you might need to track to make sure you don't lose it. I use them on luggage, our wallets, car keys, my kid's school backpack, and more. In my experience, the batteries in these tags will last quite a long time, supposedly these will go a year. If I did have a complaint about these tags, the beeper can sound a bit muted. They're supposed to be 100db, but I'm not sure that was my experience. I still have no issue finding the tags, even when hidden underneath things, but the sound was more soft than I would've hoped. These are Apple Find My compatible, so they’re designed for iOS users. Pairing was actually super straightforward. There was no pull tab or anything weird you just go into the Find My app set up a new device and it connected without any issues at all. I like that the pack comes with a bunch of accessories right out of the box. You get keychain holders lanyards and even a little tool which makes it easy to attach them to things like keys luggage laptop bags or travel gear. In my case I put one on my laptop bag since I carry around a pretty expensive laptop and it’s nice having that extra peace of mind knowing I can track it if it ever gets misplaced. The sound function works well too. I tested the beeper through the Find My app and it’s loud enough that you can hear it when you’re searching around the house or inside a bag. That alone makes it worth it when you’re trying to find something quickly. I also like that you don’t need a separate third-party app since it runs natively through Apple’s Find My network which feels more seamless compared to some Bluetooth trackers that require buggy external apps. Build quality felt solid overall. They don’t feel super cheap and they’re rated for water and dust resistance which is nice for everyday carry items.
