Defective laptop
Two weeks after purchase, this laptop stops working completely. Six days after the return window closed. The unit went to a blue screen. The installation of windows 11 was gone. I tried to reinstall windows, but the files did not exist on the machine. My computer tech tried to load windows from a flash drive but couldn't do it. He noticed several programs loaded on the machine that shouldn’t have been there, so he concluded that this machine had been used previously. I bought a new machine and paid a reasonable price for a new machine. What I got was a used machine that crashed 38 days later and could not be restored. I notice this machine is now being sold at a huge discount. I spent many hours wrestling with this machine and was forced to buy the same machine from Dell.com

Bought for my husband he’s a day trader and uses it for that. Nice big screen. Touchscreen is a plus

I love the speed of this laptop. It replaced and old Dell with an I-5 processor that could not be upgraded to Windows 11. I am very happy with this purchase.
