These are solid, high quality connectors that are extremely easy to install and function flawlessly. Be certain to use the Black stress relief insert for larger diameter cables, or the White insert for smaller cable. These Speakon compatible connectors do a great job and save money compared to the big brand. I've used them with 12, 14 & 16 gauge wire & all work great. best price for good speakon plugs. These are fine, and work better than the old Neutrik 2 poles I'm replacing. Those worked fine for years, but eventually the plastic got chewed up and bent, so they were difficult to work with. Other reviews tell you what you need to know. I see no reason not to buy these if price is important. I got a pack of 4 for under $10, so I thought I'd give them a try. They do the job well, and I expect they'll last for many years of professional use. The poles are not labeled, so I had to figure out which was which by looking at another brand. The 'channels' are labeled 1&2, but the polarities +/- were either not present or not visible to me.
