LH (Luteinizing Hormone) is one of the hormones produced by the pituitary gland. It is secreted at very low levels throughout your menstrual cycle. The instructions state it is best to perform the test in the afternoon and about 11 days after the start of your cycle. So for me, today is day 9, but could not want. So I performed the test, and I am glad I did not wait. I already have a noticeable amount of LH in my system. Now will have to keep checking for the increase spike. The box of test came quick and in a cute box. The instructions are very clear and even have pictures for reference. This made reading the results easier. These strips are easily used and to read. With a better price tag than other OPK test. I look forward to testing! I matched my order with the PREGMATE pregnancy test as well. So I will be reviewing those as well. Updated: I got pregnant the first month I used these. I had my spike on February 27th and my positive pregnancy test 2 weeks later.
